Greetings, I am Shawn Mann. I am a resident of Portland Oregon, and have been web mastering since 1999 (Soon to be 10 years!) . I've watched the rise, fall, and reincarnation of the .com industry, and have learned the flow. I regularly reeducate myself to keep up with changes in the way things work.

  I am here to offer my services to small and medium sized businesses, and help refine and promote your website presence. You may have the best website, and greatest product in the world, but unless your target customer can find you, you are not translating sales, are you?

  What I do - I will go through your website with a fine tooth comb, and work with you on a 1 on 1 basis to learn about YOUR industry, and help you rewrite your content to really get your sales message across. I will identify and enhance the keywords that should really stand out on your website, and help you get submitted to the major search engines. I will search for related websites and help you get link partners to help draw targeted visitors. I can provide you with monthly or weekly stats, tracking my progress in increasing your traffic.  I cannot guarantee you a first page, first result ranking on google.com for your favorite keywords (NOBODY can!), but I will do everything ethically in my power to move you up in ranking so that your site stands out amongst the billions of other webpages out there. Rates:

  Every project is different, so I may charge a variety of rates, depending on what needs to be done. I may charge a flat fee for simple consultations and analysis, a monthly retainer, or per-project... or I may charge an hourly rate. We can discuss which options work best for you. To give you a general idea, I normally charge between $20.00/hr and $50.00/hr for most work done. Some projects I will only charge $10.00/hr however, such as data-entry.
